NOTICE: Due to rising hosting fees, and the sales of the "Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt Price Guide" that I've recently published, this section will no longer contain values for Treasure Hunts. While this was a tough decision on my part, please understand that I have to respect those who have purchased and supported the guides. It didn't make sense to offer a publication for sale AND carry the same values on the website. Royalties from the books are helping offset hosting fees as well. REST ASSURED that all other Hot Wheels values on (with the exception of the VW Buses), will continue to be listed as a free service. This section will still be maintained to show all of the Treasure Hunt releases to at least provide a pictorial record and reference.

The "Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt Price Guide" is updated and issued annually, and can be purchased in a full-color or economy Blackout version at Amazon or Barnes & Noble's websites, or by going to my Amazon Author Page. Overall, there are 50 pages, and values for Treasure Hunts during the period of 1995-2015. All values are researched/verified just one month before publication.

And, the big change for 2016: ALL MODELS ARE NOW PICTURED! You'll get a complete gallery, along with the updated values. Thanks for all the amazing support!

Quoted values are for CARDED, NM examples. Cards less than NM will obviously command a lesser value than listed, depending on overall condition.

Note that the NCHWA utilizes a pricing method called "Star Value©." Instead of specific dollar values, each car will be assigned a Star Value© to indicate rarity and potential price range. There are simply too many variables to place a "set" value on any model, so a range will be used instead to indicate where that particular model may fall on the secondary price scale. A +/- indicates where on that scale the value is approximated, while a number by itself would indicate the value falls in the middle of the Star Value. This is also an easy quick-glance method to determine rarity; the higher the number, the rarer the car. The value chart will be placed at the bottom of each page.

Option: Click the button to the left to download a printable copy of the Star Chart for easy reference (Microsoft Word or equivalent program required for viewing or download). It beats scrolling up and down when you're pricing your cars!

The most difficult Treasure Hunt variation to locate in 2006 was the black interior Custom '59 Cadillac. Good luck finding this one!
